Ways to reach us

One address reaches the NesoTMS team for everything: info@nesotms.com.

• Sales and demo requests: email info@nesotms.com with your company name and how you ship today (carriers, NetSuite records, rough daily volume).
• Customer support: email info@nesotms.com from the address you sign in with. Say which company and which order or shipment you mean.
• Billing questions: customers change payment methods, see invoices and cancel from Manage payments in the NesoTMS app. For anything the portal can't answer, email info@nesotms.com.
• Security reports: email info@nesotms.com with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please don't test against other companies' data.
• Partnerships, including NetSuite consultancies: email info@nesotms.com.

What to include in a support request

• Your company name exactly as it appears in NesoTMS, and the email address you sign in with.
• The fulfillment or sales order number, or the shipment you mean, and the time it happened with your time zone.
• What you expected and what happened instead, in a sentence or two. A screenshot of the message on screen helps.
• Never send NetSuite keys, carrier credentials or sign-in codes by email. You enter keys in NesoTMS, where they are encrypted and never shown again.
