How to read this page

Each row is one change in plain words, grouped by week. A date is the day the change was finished and released.

The list starts on September 27, 2026. Earlier work is not listed.

DateWhat changed
Oct 7Packing Station and Clerk Station. Packers scan an order, enter each box's type, size and weight, and mark it packed, or pack and go straight to the label. NetSuite gets the Packed status and the package weights, and NesoTMS keeps the box sizes, so the ship page starts with them. The Clerk Station lists packed fulfillments ready to ship, and the Shipments page is now Shipments History.
Oct 7A bill of lading for every freight booking. NesoTMS prints its own bill of lading for freight bookings, with your logo, signature, pickup hours, the PRO number as a barcode, the order and PO numbers and every handling unit. FedEx Freight's own bill of lading stays the default unless you choose ours. It prints two copies on your station's document printer.
Oct 7Company Settings. Admins upload the logo and signature for the bill of lading and set the pickup hours. The address book moved to Settings, where you choose your default ship-from, return-to and bill-to addresses. Every box on the ship page has a type (box, tube, pallet and more).
Oct 7Return labels from a shipped fulfillment. Create return label fills in the customer's address, your default return-to address and the boxes from the original label, then you rate and buy it like any label.
Oct 7Faster order lists. The Fulfillments list starts loading while your settings load, and the status chips switch without waiting. Press Enter to search NetSuite right away. A partial order number waits for Enter instead of searching on every digit. The queries NetSuite runs for these lists were reworked too.
Oct 6Shipment statuses update on their own. NesoTMS checks UPS and FedEx for every company's shipments about every 15 minutes, even when nobody is signed in. The Shipments page shows the saved statuses, and the Update status button in a shipment's details checks one shipment right away.
Oct 6A cleaner ship page. The Rates card is taller and has an All, Parcel and LTL switch, and carrier messages sit behind one warning triangle in the Rates header. The Printing page shows one computer at a time, with Add another computer at the top.
Oct 5Freight class for every pallet. FedEx Freight estimates class each handling unit by density on the NMFC scale, or by a fixed class you set on the account. Pick a class on a package row of the ship page to override it. Freight estimates stay unselected until their details are entered.
Oct 5Ship methods. In the NetSuite import settings, map a NetSuite ship method such as Next Day Air to a carrier service. The ship page then preselects the cheapest matching rate and says why.
Oct 5Reason for export on Canada shipments: Sale, Warranty replacement (no charge), Repair, Sample or Return, printed on the commercial invoice.
Oct 5More carrier account settings. UPS and FedEx accounts can set a pickup type, and FedEx parcel labels can print the references you choose, as UPS labels already could.
Oct 5Your time zone. Dates and times in the dashboard show in your own time zone, the Overview counts labels by your days, and ship dates follow the ship-from location's local time.
Oct 5Ship-from addresses without locations. When a fulfillment has no location at all, NesoTMS uses the subsidiary's address, then the company address. Carrier Test connection buttons now quote from your own ship-from address, and FedEx Freight from its registered billing address.
Oct 5Setup that fails to load now says so, with Try again, instead of quietly falling back to sample defaults.

DateWhat changed
Oct 4Quick ship. Buy a label without a NetSuite order: type a shipment in or pick addresses from your company's address book, then rate every carrier account, buy, print and void like any other label. Import a CSV or Excel file of orders, rate each one, buy after a single confirmation and print every label as one PDF. UPS and FedEx parcel return labels (US to US) are included. New shipment replaces the old Rate shop.
Oct 4Packed cartons from PackShip. When NetSuite WMS (PackShip) has packed a fulfillment, the ship page starts with its carton sizes.
Oct 4Ship and sales order pages show document numbers instead of NetSuite internal IDs.
Oct 3FedEx parcel and FedEx Freight. FedEx parcel labels (US to US, and to Canada with a paper commercial invoice) and FedEx Freight LTL bookings with the bill of lading (US origin). One rate search compares every parcel and freight account you have connected. FedEx Freight has no cancel service, so an admin cancels with FedEx Freight and records the carrier's confirmation in NesoTMS.
Oct 3A Pricing page. Basic is $99/month and Advanced is $499/month, and Basic now includes one shipping station.
Oct 2Your own carrier accounts. Rates and labels come from the carrier accounts you connect, and the carrier bills you directly. Setup goes straight to connecting them. Reports also leave voided labels out of spend and label counts.
Oct 1Subscription billing. Choose Basic or Advanced, and manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation in Stripe's customer portal. Basic add-ons are $20/month for each extra regular user, $50/month for each extra warehouse location and $50/month for each extra carrier account.
Oct 1Reports. Fourteen ready-made shipping reports, plus reports you build, save and share with your company. Filter, group and chart your labels, and export to CSV or Excel.
Oct 1Shipping to Canada with UPS. A customs panel on the ship page collects who pays duties and taxes, the Incoterm, the invoice number, a customer PO number and each item, and the commercial invoice comes back as a document next to the label. A default country of origin can be set once in the NetSuite import settings. There is no USMCA certification and no electronic export filing.
Oct 1Install the NetSuite connector from NesoTMS. Admins can choose to have NesoTMS install the connector in NetSuite from the NetSuite setup step, and follow its progress there.
Sep 30NesoTMS Print for Windows and Mac. A small app on the packing computer prints labels and carrier documents the moment a label is bought. An admin approves each computer, sets which printer takes labels and which takes paperwork, and anyone can send a test label. If the app is offline, the browser prints instead.
Sep 28UPS label references. Each UPS account chooses what prints as reference 1 and 2: the fulfillment number, sales order number, customer, ship-to name, your own text or nothing.
Sep 28Declared value from NetSuite. An import option fills the first box's declared value from the order's value once it is above a minimum you set.
Sep 28Better order lists. Shipped fulfillments from the last 30 days are an import option, searches find shipped ones, a search looks at the loaded list first and asks NetSuite only when the order is not there, and orders can be found by sales order number.

Sep 27One hosted workspace for many companies. Admins save their NetSuite keys and carrier accounts in NesoTMS. The keys are encrypted and never shown again, and each company's setup, carriers and labels stay its own.
